Teaser and Signature packages are delivered within 48 hours of us receiving your complete brief (photo + brand details), not from time of payment. Campaign within 5 working days. If we can't deliver in time, you may take a full refund.
Your commercial is generated with AI video and audio models and reviewed by a human before delivery. Talent, locations and voices in the video are synthetic — they are not real actors or real premises unless you supply photos of your own. You are responsible for the accuracy of factual claims you ask us to include.
Revision rounds are as listed per package and cover voiceover wording, on-screen text, music mood and re-rendering scenes. If after your included revisions the deliverable still materially fails to match what was ordered, we'll refund you in full. Change-of-mind refunds aren't available once production has started.
For healthcare and other regulated businesses we write conservatively (no testimonials, no outcome claims, no superlatives) and you approve the script's claims before render — but final regulatory compliance for where and how you run the ad remains your responsibility.
